Do you hit the snooze button when you know you should be raring to go? Build these 5 morning rituals into your day and condition yourself to get the most out of life.
Wake yourself up with 7 minutes of exercise – sleep starves our cells of oxygen so it’s important to get your lymphatic system moving and the oxygen flowing to your cells first thing by doing some form of aerobic exercise.
Go green – drink a green juice to flush your body of the acids accumulated overnight and in the day before.
Focus – to get the most out of your day pick 3 wins you want to accomplish, no more no less.
Chunk your to do list – group all those little items into projects or outcomes to clear your mind. Then schedule a specific time to make progress on each one. Don’t forget to schedule some time for fire-fighting; we recommend 1 hour in the late morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.
